Two days waiting at home later, we are still without the sofa that should have been delivered (exchanged for one that was not fit for purpose might I add). Not only are we still without the product (that is all paid for - that bit was efficient) but in the meantime we have spent a lot of time and effort chasing up our delivery. Rather than being informed that our sofa is not coming we have had to ring up and find out what the situation is - awful customer service. We have some other loaf products but I can honestly say that I would advise people who are thinking of ordering to be prepared to face a lot of inconvenience if they go through with their order. A real shame.
