This is the first time I have booked with this travel agents, but was totally amazed by their service. When my initial flight option was unavailable, they replied promptly and they found me an alternative (which was actually better). When I rang them to confirm a few aspects of the flight and ticket, the agent was very thorough, made amendments where possible and answered all my questions. I was totally impressed with the service. There was no hassle what so ever. To follow, I received my e-ticket and other information regarding my flight. Overall, very pleased with the service and will be recommending to family and friends.
