“Excellent customer service”

Using 1st Choice could not have been easier with their simple online interface and clearly defined instructions. My requirements were matched by a few possible suppliers very quickly and the purchase completed within a few hours.

Unfortunately I did expereience a small issue with the purchase but issues happen and the measure of a good company is by how they deal with the problem. 1st Choice could not have been better and resolved my issue immediately with great communication along the way and a solution that exceded my expectations.

I will have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to anyone.
