“Avoid!!!”

Booked and paid for extra leg room seats - only to find at check in they had not paid the Airline. After 2 hours of of trying to contact them we ended up paying out again to the airline directly.
They have another company called 'Away Holidays' and doubtless other ones as well. The airline informed us that they are infamous this practice. We are now in the process of claiming out money back through the legal system.
You have been warned - do not use - go direct to the airline and/ior hotel.
