i,ve used Leisuretime for about 11 years,,things can go wrong as they use a variety of coach companies to fulfill their programme of tours, The gripe about long pick up times applies to most companies operating these tours. For example Majestic , faclitate their feeder services by interchanging coaches at Gordano services, a tedious process(both ends of the holiday), but it,s the only way to ensure that the trips are economically viable.Single room supplements,,that,s another story..a rip off.Majestic will waive them on some holidays (ADELPHI , Liverpool) for early bookings..Leisuretime take note.Overall, read the small print e.g. hotel near Manchester e.t.c. can be misleading, so make sure exactly where the hotel is , before booking..
