I called into my local dealer this weekend. The prices were very fair and I was considering going back in with my partner. This, despite the fact that the salesman repeatedly called me by the wrong name and assumed I was buying a car for my sister (I don't have a sister).
However, reading these reviews and the official responses has convinced me to keep away.
When people take time to buy a car and leave a review, it is incumbent upon any company to treat the complaint with respect. I see very little of this here.
Businesses stand or fall form their customer service and the new world demands that you pay as much care and attention to your digital footprint as in real life. Unfortunately I shall not be risking it.
