“Simply awful AVOID!”

Another poor review for BSO.

If I could have left a minus mark I would have!!

I should have known better than order from this shonky organisation simply from how clunky their website is!!

If you do go ahead and order from these clowns pray that they have what you want and can deliver it.

If there are any issues with your order then prepare yourself to be frustrated like you have never been frustrated before!

The so called customer service team appear to be staffed by by a group of teenagers / "computer says no" merchants who are scripted in anti customer service. They will do everything in their power other than resolve any issues you need resolving by constantly telling you that "unless you have put it in writing, there is nothing they can do". Even then, when you do put things in writing nothing gets done and your problems (caused by them) fall into a black hole and ignored.

I have never come across such ineptitude in a business in 30years. I am amazed that they are still trading.

Do yourself a favour and shop locally or at a decent merchant ho knows what they are doing.
These clowns know nothing and will make stressful situations a hundred times worse!!
