So we have storm damage on the roof , called the emergency number and get stung for £150 excess and the comment we are inundated with calls like yours since the storm ,,, what a surprise. wrong department they came out agreed storm damage and then Lloyds send somebody else and its wear and tear so e have closed the case. We have since had 2 quotes definitely storm damage so we are now fighting them to pay out. Cant get the £150 back as the engineer needs paying. The staff are rude on calls when they answer and all say different things. take your money and don't want to provide the service you have paid for avoid then like the plague unless you have money to throw away. we are changing to LV in a short while gthey are good .
