Be very warned this is the worst airline booking agency I have ever used!Their levels of customer service over the years has got worse!We are regular flyers to Canada (Vancouver or Calgary)Winter & Summer. Last year we found a used hypodermic needle under the seat in front! Reported to cabin crew but got no letter of apology.This summer flights in and out were delayed,plus they changed flight times which affected our internal flights which we had to change at an additional expense of £229. They have refused to compensate and just stitch you up with their T&C's. Interestingly they have linked up with Westjet for internal flights so if they change the Atlantic crossing times I wonder how they will deal with arranging onward flights within Canada! Suggest yo pay the extra and fly with Air Canada or British Airways.
