I made a reservation today with the Best Travel Store for my husband and me, and in putting in the names, inadvertantly put in my grandson's first name instead of my husband. I discovered the mistake when my e-ticket arrived in my e-mail. When I called to change the first name, I expected to have to pay a penalty for the change, but since I had made the reservation today, they allowed me to make the change without any penalty. This was excellent customer service! This is the first time I used this company, and it will not be my last. I couldn't be more pleased with them. I now have an E-ticket with the correct names. I had read reviews which were very negative, saying the dollar amount had been increased when they received their E-ticket. I did not have this problem. The price was the same as I was quoted. If you read the terms and conditions, they state that the airline makes the final decision on price, and that the fare is complete when it is accepted by the airline. I was also pleased to see that they had an "A" rating from the BBB. Additionally, we only needed a one-way ticket since we are doing a transatlantic repositioning cruise from Europe to the U.S.A. The ticket they offered was half the price of a round trip. Normally, the one-way fare is significantly more than a round trip. In the past we have had to buy a round trip ticket and disregard the return part. I would definitely recommend this company.
