“Worst company ever ”

I'm only giving them a 1 because I couldn't give a zero. They attempted to deliver an order FOUR times but THEY DAMAGED IT EVERY TIME ! Seriously, Wayfair, the company I ordered from gave up and cancelled the order in the end because their losses were just ridiculous and they're apparently tied into a contract with them.

Beyond the fact they destroyed 4 orders - they didn't actually bother telling anyone - so each of the 4 times, the only way either myself or Wayfair knew it was damaged was because it never arrived. They're tracking system even showed it as out for delivery!

Also, the owner shouldn't be allowed to talk to the public - I feel sorry for his staff (and wife!)
