I canceled a one way flight from India to New York. They've made it nearly impossible to get a refund. Apparently you need to send them a fax with your credit card information so they can charge an additional $100 for a cancelation fee, additional to the airlines cancellation fee. It would make life so much easier if they could just automatically deduct whatever from the amount they already charged on my card but now I have to pay 1oo just to get my money back. Makes no sense. Customer service is the worst as well. never again to best store travel!
