“Worste experience ever!!”

Order was unbelievably slow through production, I was assured delivery on Friday 10th March. Rung them up to find out they weren't even going to send my item because my delivery address was not the same as my billing address.

They said they were going to send a letter to my billing address for verification, that never came. Nor was I even made aware of this process during checkout.

I was then assured my item would be delivered next day Saturday before 6PM. Now here I am after wasting my Saturday sitting in waiting for a package that never came.....

Waste of time!!!!!
