Molly Maid had quoted £300 to clean a 3 bedroom house after a kitchen refurbishment. The house was very dusty. This was noted in the estimate.
After the first clean, many areas included in the quote were untouched or partially cleaned. Footstool not move, high dusting such as wardrobes and picture rails left, even some eye level stuff. The dirt left on the shower was shocking.
We emailed photos to the office.
The team were very apologetic and came back 2 days later.
It was better but again, areas untouched or partially tackled.
Again we emailed photos and the franchise owner offered another clean but I declined. I found her defensive and quick to pass the buck to the employees.
They did return 10% of the cost but still a disappointing service.
I would discourage others from using Molly Maid.
