“Poor Customer Service!”

I would to like to share my unfortunate experience with Interflora. I order flowers for my sister's 20th Bday who lives in London. It was very important she would receive her flowers on her Birthday so when I saw that Inteflora delivers from 8am-6pm I thought it will be ideal since Interflora's drivers can arrange time and deliver the flowers that day plus Interflora being one of the biggest companies on the market made my decision even easier. Unfortunately nothing went as I expected. My sister didn't receive flowers, didn't receive a note and didn't receive a call from Interflora. Instead she called Inteflora to schedule next day deliver either around 8:30 or 5 pm (as was written on the website) - instead of apologies for the delay, Interflora's customer rep told her to be realistic (talking to a customer in that manner - UNACCEPTABLE) and not to expect the delivery when she wanted, basically meaning it is all about drivers schedule not her. Well, obviously next day my sister called in the morning to double check if she can expect flowers today. No luck. She called again little later. And interflora's customer rep told her - If she is the girl who has been calling her all day from morning? (Now this is absolutely unbelievably RUDE!) So my sister had to stay in to wait for flowers and they were delivered by end of the day. Everyone's mood was ruined. To my request to refund my money, I received the email saying wrong information that Interflora contacted my sister and they delivered flowers the next day. (Inaccurate - Interflora never called my sister, it was the opposite). So we never received any words of apologies from interflora, instead customer rep was making my sister feel bad and guilty that she is calling herself to find out about the delivery. The email back for my request - didn't contain any words of apologies either and my refund request was denied. I wouldn't recommend Interflora for special occasion deliveries.
