My daughters dress arrived safely the parcel didn't have any scrapes, knocks or marks on it at all! By chance it was brought by the same friendly driver who'd picked it up .
Love the purple ribbon, you have done a superb job and it smells so fragrant...better than the smell of the farm mud which was on it when we sent it to you for cleaning.
I could also see where the very dirty, stinky part of the skirt has been cleaned and it is so much better than I thought it would turn out. Many years ago I worked for Sketchley's dry cleaners in Reading and know how hard it is to get something very dirty anywhere near to perfectly clean.
They are so pleased with the dress. She can also relax now knowing it won't deteriorate over the years.
