“Wrong part Zero after sales service”

I search Google for an door seal for my Neff oven (type GB103111PCSG) and Buyspares.co.uk came first on the list. I used this link and went to a list of 14 parts, one of which was titled 'Neff GB103111PCSG Universal 4 Sided Door Seal'. I selected it and on the detail page it states it is suitable for my oven. I ordered it. It arrived and I cut it to size and fitted it. The oven door will not close not because the profile is wrong. Complained to Customer Services via Live Chat only to be disconnected twice and then told it was my fault as I had ordered the wrong part and the order did not say it was for my oven. After an email promising a manager call back and seeveral email from me reminding them of this promise, a manager then said that I ordered the wrong part. When I proved that the website was in error he said they would refund if I sent the part back. He refused to send the correct part (which they have but you can not access via Enr or type searches (Have to use the Neff part number for the item). This is a company quick to take the money but then make it difficult to complain and impossible to get redress (e.g. sending the right part, which is a little higher price, as a sorry for the hugh amount of time and effort wasted. Beware!
