“Wouldn't pick up bags or refund ”

After paying for 2 bags and filling them we were told by the driver it was a bit tight and he didn't have time to get them .. even after measuring and we proved there was over 2 metres more room than they need .. then told by hippo it wasn't their problem and they will not be sending another driver .

Worse company we have ever dealt this I would reccomend nobody use them get a skip it's easier and cheaper .
