Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with BTS. I have purchased an air ticket for myself and my daughter but the agency did not mention I needed to call the airlines first and verify that I will be able to send my daughter as an unaccompanied minor. After I have purchased the ticket and contacted the airlines I was told that the airline will not provide this service because the agency purchased the air ticket for a bulk price and there was nothing about it they could do. As a result, I have spent hours on the phone between the airlines and the agency being referred back and forth. In order for me to secure this simple service for my child I had to cancel the entire ticket was charged $300 and had to buy a new ticket directly with the airlines. I ended up paying $500 more for the ticket. The agency was unresponsive and staff poorly trained. The prices BTS offers are lower as they purchase the tickets in bulk but at the end the low price is not worth it.
