Good Points
It works.

Bad Points
Front panel has discoloured in various places and has been replaced several times. Latest panel has discoloured again (hence the low rating for 'durability' and 'style').
Very noisy now.

General Comments
Bosch very unhelpful as is the retailer who sold me the machine. The shop won't do anything unless Bosch authorise them to collect the machine and give me a refund or exchange and Bosch won't do so. Dispute has been ongoing now for more than six months. What really annoys me is that if this were a smaller product like a hairdryer or a toaster, I could have returned it to the store and there would have been no problem with exchanging it or refunding the cost due to the goods being defective but as a purchaser of a larger and more expensive item, it seems there is nothing I can do but wait...............
