Goods shown as in stock on website but fail to arrive.
Sales phone line continually showing as "closed" on website
General Comments
I ordered a Brodit Proclip mount and holder for a Tom Tom satnav, which were both showing as in stock on their website.
I received an automated acknowledgment but after over a week order tracking was still failing to show the goods as despatched. Three subsequent emails were ignored and the sales line was continually showing as "closed".
I therefore cancelled the Handnav order and re-ordered from DSL Developments and the goods arrived from DSL by recorded delivery the very next day.
