We have just returned from goa booked through jewel in the crown 19 FEB-13 MARCH staying at the riverside regency hotel arpora,we have no complaints over the hotel the staff were great hotel basic but clean and food good, as for the rep WELL what a waste of space he was,whilst on a 3 day trip booked through the rep my husband became ill and was addmitted to hospital, the doctor telephoned the rep to inform him of the addmittion, did i see the rep at any time during his stay in hospital NO, no concern was shown,i had to arrange my own transport,had no-one there to explain that i had to take food and drink for my husband or explain the procedure with the insurance, i was just left to deal with it myself this left us feeling upset and stressed. This ruined our holiday. the rep know to us as GAVIN was so quick to sell trips yet showed no concern or responsibility. If you travel with this company to this hotel please spend your money on trips with the goan people not with GAVIN you are just as safe and they will look after you.
