“Have 2 Rio LAHS: Single Point ( £100) & latest x60...”

written by on 30/10/2008

Good Points
Struggling to find any - the theory behind the treatment makes sense.

Bad Points
Bad design/Poor ergonomics; Poor performance; Over Priced.

General Comments
Have 2 Rio LAHS: Single Point ( £100) & latest x60 scanning system ( £300). Bought the x60 expecting it to work & faster. Skin contact points too far apart, and wide flat face means use limited to flat(ish) areas. Scanning system only rotates the laser around 2/3 of the window area, and erratically so. Window area 1 x 1.3 cms is fragile. Suggests poor quality control and cheap manufacture. "The head needs redesigning and and the scanning mechanism control improved". Smell of burning hair and mild pain (pin pricks) in operation suggests that it is 'working' in places but still ever so s-l-o-w-l-y. Better used with a friend's help.
