Over the Christmas period I completed the process to get 5000 points added to my account. Every week I spent over £50 and each time I got a coupon saying that I have completed step 1, step 2 etc. On the 4 th week it said that I completed all the steps and that my points would be added. Few weeks later I ask customers services about my points and they said I had to wait for it to be added, so I did. It's now 9 weeks later and my points are still not added. Called customer service today and they said that I need to send proof of my purchases before they would add my points. Which nut keeps their receipt for so long. Well all I could say is after being a loyal costumer for 15 years I think it's time for a change and Tesco have been sending me great offers.
