Bad Points
Customer care for phone service is deplorable. I have had 3 service calls to repair my phone service and today I am again without a phone until tomorrow. I find it difficult to understand why this cannot be fixed on the first service call.
General Comments
Comcast Internet Service service department is uncooperative and terribly slow. It should be considered an emergency when a phone is out overnight and a repair truck should be sent out immediately. I suppose that once a party has signed up for your service, the real responsibly is not important any longer. I have however noticed that it is essential that all bills be paid on time or there is a threat of cancellation. I am very upset with Comcast and will consider changing my service.
