I cancelled all my contract with 1 & 1 and then I get an invoice for two more years and they say I have to pay it because the contract was not cancelled at the correct time. They stopped me logging into my account when I cancelled and the call you back page gives an error. I have been having three separate email conversations and none of them have been helpful. Still in the process of trying to resolve this.
