This company has been great with supporting their customers since I went to them for hosting.
However
they were completely overwhelmed after a merger. Days to reply to
tickets and then when you need further dialogue back at 588 in the
list!
It would be fair to say they have now made efforts to get on
top of the issues and things have improved somewhat. I am still a
customer to their credit.
