I made a reservation three months in advance for a rental car in Cancun, Mexico. I was referred to them thru Travelocity so I felt confident that they were a legitimate company. We arrived at the rental car company and waited 2 hours in line in an UN AIR CONDITIONED building to get our car. I pre purchased travel insurance thrs TRAVELOCITY to make sure I was covered to drive in Mexico. When it was my turn to rent a car I was told that I had to buy insurance thru them to drive. Did I mention that in the 2 hour wait time there were only 5 people in front of me ? Not one of them drove away in a car. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!
