Have used purple parking at Heathrow previously.
Arrived for this latest booking to find the car park location had been shut down - no notice and no warning.
The lady at the location looked mystified as to why we had arrived.
Shoved a poor map and directions to an alternate location in Bath Road
E-mail complaint remains unanswered even now
Will never use again!!!
