Was over charged by edreams, when questioned they stated it was luggage, I advised, I hadn't booked any extra luggage and required a refund, gave them 7 days - no reply, so I started complaining on web sites, finally I got a reply yesterday to say it was a charge for taking hand luggage, it's free by the airline, edreams stated 'It's in their small print - a handling charge will be made' - they charge what they like and find an excuse for robbing you!!!
