It is easy to take out insurance online with this company but I had an emergency situation while on holiday. I needed immediate help to deal with a badly injured child but it took days for Allclear to help.
I was in the Emergency room and needed an ambulance as my child had a badly broken leg and was in extreme distress and pain. Allclear said that they didnt provide ambulancs under those circumstances. They would provide no assistance until i sent them a doctors report which they took two days to translate. Then, four days later they agreed to provide an ambulance.
My case seemed to be passed between different people and departments meaning that I had to keep going through the whole thing again and again. One person would confirm arrangements and another would refuse
At one point they withdrew my hotel booking and i thought that my child and i were about to be thrown on the street! The whole situation was a nightmare.
