Good Points
The staff are young and friendly. Good on board service and they also provide tasty free sandwiches, so you don't actually need to buy a meal unless your really hungry!

Bad Points
We didn't receive an email to inform us that the flight had changed to an earlier flight time. We had been fairly lucky although a bad experience having to manage 2 suitcases, a baby in a pushchair and 3 flight bags with no airport buggy or assistance from check in to plane within the 10 minutes before they wouldn't allow us to board. When I followed up with Niki air at the end of the trip, there was no apology just a 25 Euros discount off my next flight! I will not be taking the chance with Niki Air again!

General Comments
Other airlines do inform you by email of a change of flight and they request a response so they know you received the message. Niki Air need to realise that just sending an email doesn't necessarily mean that it arrives to the recipient!
