Service, food, price (for poor food and service I feel I received)

General Comments
I needed to be convinced to try the Square and Compass again as I had had a couple of bad experiences there but I was persuaded! However, never again. I found the service to be very slow.

The food wasn't worth waiting for either, bland and boring and overpriced for what I got.

I don't expect to spend 3- 4 hours over lunch unless I am having a great time with friends and enjoying the conversation not hours because the service is so disappointing.

I thought their customer service was poor when I asked why I had to wait so long.
