The Beginning Of Annick Goutal Quel Amour Is Clean
The beginning of Annick Goutal Quel Amour is clean and rosy, but less like a rose-scented soap clean and more like a very clean woman walking through a rose garden, if that makes sense. Then it morphs into a gorgeous rose, red currant and peony fragrance with a few little green leaves for awhile. Final dry down is rose, rose and more beautiful rose. Better than Stella, imo. Floral lovers--especially those with a thing for rose scents--should really try this if you haven't already. It smells like a mid-afternoon spring wedding with everyone looking all fresh-scrubbed and dewy and glowing. It's a very romantic scent and the name is rather fitting(if you do the research you'll find that this is a scent that was inspired by love...). As for me, my favorite Annick Goutal at this point is Le Chevrefeuille.
