Good Points
Salesman convincing that they would give a top class service

Bad Points
Communication has been non existent. Placed order for a '£19000 conservatory June 2007 after initial survey, nothing heard until mid September stating they needed another survey which wasn't required, they then sent letter stating drawings would be delayed due to heavy work load, requested a start and finish date. Although promised this never materialised therefore contract was cancelled, they offered to reduce price but still could not give a programme date. Despite repeated requests for our deposit back they ignored us. In the end contacted The Glass & Glazing Federation 4 weeks after this deposit was returned i.e. 6 months after requesting return of deposit.

General Comments
If you want to risk being stressed out, have lots of sleepless nights, argue with your other half sign a agreement with Anglian. They treat me with contempt and seemed to have no idea on communication.
