Good Points
Original windows are excellent.
Bad Points
Follow up service to replace a broken double glazed unit (no fault of Anglian) had been nothing short of appalling. Overcharging, losing the job, and not replying to phone calls or correspondence are three examples of what Anglian didn't do.
General Comments
We are now so frustrated at the lack of contact from Anglian Windows, that we are seeking to obtain repayment via our credit card company.
