Good Points
Yet to find any, apart from the obvious quality of the product when it leaves the factory.

Bad Points
Customer service is nothing short of abysmal. Communication skills, as detailed in other reviews, is absolutely appalling. Fitters are supposed to be qualified and professional, but rarely give the impression.

General Comments
I agree with a number of the comments raised in other reviews about Anglian Windows. I have had communications ignored, but have still been threatened with a voided guarantee and interest on the balance owed, when I still await a satisfactory outcome to my work. They should have refunded my deposit when requested, as a result of no surveyor turning up within the stipulated time frame. There was numerous areas of re-work to be done, and Anglian couldn't survive without the help of silicon sealer! It's absolutely everywhere. Their own web-site proclaims - "shouldn't be complicated - from the original quote, right through to the after sales service, we aim to be as professional and impressive as we can". "Each Anglian product is tailor made to fit your home exactly, so that you are 100% satisfied". "commitment to the highest standard of customer service". "By attending carefully to every single element of the process", BUT they are incapable of performing to these high standards, and they're supposed to be ISO 9001!
