I was originally offered £50 for my iPhone 5C that was in working condition. I watched the video to ensure my phone met the criteria for what Mazuma said a working phone was. However, within a few days I received an e-mail saying they could only offer me £10 due to my phone having a 'raised screen'. What is a raised screen? I was unaware of this problem myself and it had been my phone for a number of years! If the phone had a raised screen would that not be the manufacturers fault? This was not stated as a problem that made the phone faulty. I accepted the offer of the £10 rather than the option to return the problem, purely because I did not know what to do with my phone if I got it back, otherwise, under any other circumstances I would not have accepted the £10. I would not recommend this service as a result of my experience. However, if you are 100% sure there are absolutely no problem with your phone before you send it to them, then I think you might get the money you derserve. At least it was free to post the phone to them!
