I obtained a competitive quote via go compare and rang to complete terms the first operator that I contacted could not find the quote under the reference that I quoted. I was unhappy as the terms were much better than my renewal,I rang again and the chap I spoke to the second time went out of his way to retrieve the quote I did not take his name but would like to thank him for his efforts to find my quote. It transpired that it was my fault that I had taken the quote reference down incorrectly. Thanks agin for sorting out my mistake and giving me a good terms they were 51% less than my renewal, being a bit of a Luddite Ihave not used the Internet to obtain insurance befor.
