“Never use them afain”

I have used moonpig quite a few times without much of a problem. This week I ordered a valentine card and soft toy for my wife 13/02/2017 I had left it late and thought I have two choices go out and get a card and gift or trust the word of moonpig guaranteed delivery , wish I had just gone to the shop . I ordered from moon pig at around 12 noon on the 13th only because they guaranteed delivery on the 14 th if the order was received before 7pm , obviously on the day my wife presented me with a lovely card and I said hers was going to be delivered and the soft toy would be an extra surprise only thing was it didn't arrive ???? After a bit of an embarrassing argument wher she thought I had forgot and only ordered it on the day . I contacted moonpig only to be told it was royal mails fault and they could only guarantee 1-3 day delivery so eventually it turned up on the 16th TOO LATE ! Moonpig' response was basically TOUGH not our fault , well I am sorry but it is because they guaranteed delivery not the Royal Mail so knowing the time constraints should have used a courier service to stick to thier promise . So funky pigeon . Com will now get my custom because moonpig obviously have no customer service ethics and are just happy to get your money first then they couldn't care less what happens next , DONT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE A FEW DAYS to get thier act together
