“Put my job right thank you ”

We ordered three sets of bifold doors from Basfords showroom in Sep last year
They were going to fit these four weeks later a week late due to colour I was told
They turned up to fit the doors

Unfortunately both sets of doors did not fit As you can imagine I was not happy
I asked to see the managing director who came out at 7 o'clock that night

The next day after a meeting on site with the surveyor and builder it turned out it was the builder who had made the whole too small by this time the lintel and all of the bricks were in place Basford's Sent their own builders to take some bricks out
And re-fit the bifold to the correct height

I would like to thank the surveyor who arrange to have this put right for us I realise now that they could've just walked away as it wasn't the company's fault however they really helped is out in this bad situation and didn't even charge they just wanted us to carry on and get our extension finished
