Good Points
Their hair reomval maybe helps...I wouldnt know because I had only 2 treatments!

Bad Points
I have had only 2 sessions with them, then I moved to a state where they have not set up shop yet. They initially asked me to wait for 6-8 months till they opened one here, by the way, they werent even sure if they ever would in this particular city. It took me a lot of arm twisting to get them to say that they will give me back my money only for the treatments I have NOT had, guess what, I have been waiting for 6 months now...they are yet to call back, and I dont have my money! I am tired of calling them week after week, I dont understand... when I could pay them in time, why could they not pay me back in time?

General Comments
I have recommended several friends to Ideal image - what a mistake!! I would never recommend anyone else to use Ideal image. There are lot more places around that do a great job, provide terrific customer service and be worth the money you would spend.
