in these trying times i was court unaware, in retrospect i should have had my wits about me. i was appalled how easy it is for a banking business manager to be mistaken for a used car sales person. i should have read the signs, the managers constant babbling was not over exuberance but compensation for lack of knowledge and that bright and bubbly was a mask for ineptitude. Thankfully the complaints officer saw sense not to charge for the bells and whistles bestowed on me for opening an account and cancelled my account immediately, for him the one star stands alone.
