Good Points
Animation team were really fun and entertaining. Hotel spotlessly clean. New rooms are fabulous, I had one and it was gorgeous. Pool area was always clean and tidy everything was organised staff were really friendly. No kids. Food was delicious. Waiters were great. Entertainment at night with the animation team was great, really got the crowd going and had a great time really funny.

Bad Points
There isn't any really about this hotel apart from everybody wants a tip in the surrounding area of the hotel like in port el kantoui itself. The hotel staff aren't like that although you know that's what they want.

General Comments
This hotel was fabulous and I am young, this isn't maybe a place to bring young people my age but I loved it because all I wanted was a very relaxing holiday and that's what I got. It was great fun to be around the animation team and one of the team, what a dancer I would pay good money to go and see him but they do there shows for free. All they ask is that you do a quick game of bingo and you pay about £5 for the bingo card roughly. One of the other entertainers brought loads of fun and energy to the hotel as did the staff on the sounds and lighting. I intend to go back there next year definitely. Worth every penny I spent.
