Good Points
Only good point was the weather, oh yeh, coming home was good to and couldn't come fast enough

Bad Points
Food, cleanliness, attitude of some senior management, condition of hotel considering it had only been open for only 14 mths.

General Comments
We do not blame Freedom Direct in anyway and have not asked for any compensation, we just think people should be aware of how poor this hotel is. Our holiday was from end of Aug 08 for 2 weeks. Immediately it was obvious the food was a problem, served on a heated servery in large trays, it was all only lukewarm. On barbeque nights the food is out by the pool, very nice, however what was in the trays had been their for 90 minutes and was invariably stone cold, meat from the barbeque often still bloody and all salad stuffs including cheese etc unchilled. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also poor.
