I found Nationwide helpful on all occasions I spoke with them, although it was not easy to contact them as they often seem to be on answerphone.
I would use them again.
I bought a car considerably cheaper than if I had sourced it locally. It arrived on time in perfect condition.
The long delivery time seems to be in line with all dealers so no fault of Nationwide.
The only problem is that I have still not received the vehicle registration log after almost seven months. This is particularly annoying as I have a personalised number plate which I cannot transfer without the log book.
