“Worst Company Ever”

Do yourself a favour & steer clear. What the promise never arrives....first no pre-payment cards which I have chased on more then one occasion before receiving. Today is possibly the end of the straw I have been waiting in all day for an engineer to come to change my meters over (not the first time its been arranged) despite an email being received this morning to notify me that I would have an engineer with me before lunchtime I am still waiting (now 2.20pm). After finally getting through to customer services I was informed that the Engineer has 'just' gone off sick and they need to re-schedule......when I asked about compensation that they promise I was advised that it goes onto my meters when I get them.....funny that as my compensation from other times has always been paid into my bank account.
