Good Points

Admin and management control is not good - still waiting for my documents - firstly my promised delivery date of 16 April was exceeded and I finally took delivery on 26 May but here we are 14 December, 6 months and 3 weeks later and still no documents. If I apply direct to DVLA then I will have to pay £19.00 - once again not getting return of calls, have to chase and chase and they seem surprised that I am expecting them to find out information and then to ring me to let me know what is going on.

General Comments
I am sure there must be other people out there who can do the same thing but with better controls on the delivery and follow up.
