“Bad service”

After 1 week of placing my order the status still said 'packing in progress' I called customer service who advised they are waiting for one item from the supplier and did not know when this will come in. I asked for a part despatch which they did, however they should have informed me of the delay and should have offered the part despatch.

When the order arrived I noticed that one item was wrong. I called customer service and asked them to put the correct item in my remaining delivery. No problem.

Another week passed and the items finally arrive only to find out that the wrong item was replaced with yet the same wrong item!!

The verdict is that I'd rather pay a little more elsewhere and get the service I expect.
