“Worst customer service i've encountered when renting a car”

I rented a car and paid for the excess refund package that was supposed to clearly and easily get me my money back in case of damage to the rented car.
Upon returning the car to DRIVE ON HOLIDAY (with a small dent in one of the doors that happened while parking) i was charged the full 1100 EUR for damages. This, by the way, is the reason they ask you to bring a credit card in the driver's name when you pick up the car.

AutoEurope refuse to reimburse my money. THREE AND A HALF MONTHS after i made my claim they sent me an email saying that since i do not have a police report with the documents i sent them, i will not be getting my money back.

AutoEurope are unprofessional, disrespectful, and they obviously care more about the money than the costumer.
